Baroque composers

Classical music already exist during a long time ago. It become famous started from England, Russia ,and spreading into other country. Classical music divided into three periods , there are Baroque, Classical, and romantic period. Baroque period started from 1600 until 1782. There are so many baroque such composers as J.S. Bach, Handel, Scarlatti, Philipp, and Henry Purcell. However, the most famous musical composer in baroque are J.s. Bach and Handel.
Johann Sebastian Bach was one of several  composers who all had the same Suriname. He was born at Germany in 1675. By the time Bach was ten years old his father and mother had both died, and he had to go live with his elder brother.  He learnt music from his brother who was an organist in a town not far away.  When Bach was fifteen he went to another school  and he singing in their choir and later playing the violin in rehearsals. During the next few years he had a number of musical job in different towns. All these different experiences of composing, arranging and performing music  must have taught him a great deal about his subject.  He had compose a cantata (a religious piece) for every Sunday in the year.  As well as writing a great  deal of cantata, Bach wrote such well known music as , Air on a G string and 48 prelude and fugue. Bach music works very well known with high level of the difficulties. A lot of another composers got an inspiration and influenced from Bach works.
In addition, Handel also Baroque composer who was born in the same year and the same country as Bach. He was very keen on music when he was a small boy. When he was seventeen years old  he went to study law at the local university, just as his father wished. But he soon gave this up and went to Hamburg, a more exciting  musical centre, where he got a job at the opera house.  He spent the next few years in Italy. He learned a lot about the Italian Musical styles especially opera. In the rest of Handel life , he stayed in London and most of his time working in the theatre.  Handel’s best known piece of music is Messiah. Messiah is a religious choral.  Handel liked writing melodies for the human voice, perhaps because he had good professional singers available to perform his music.
In conclusion,  in Baroque period the greatest works of J.S.Bach and Handel had given ​​a great contribution in classical music. They composed many religious music Cantata from Bach and Messiah from Handel which are famous and still used in England church for devotions. Started on Bach Cantata, Air on a G string and 48 prelude and fuge until Handel works  Messiah ,they had influenced a lot of composers by their musical style and had given their biggest works for classical music.

Beneficial fruits.

Dragon fruit.
The fruit is renowned as one source of beta-carotene, pro vitamin A in the body will be processed into vitamin A which is useful for eye health, reproduction and other metabolism processes. Beta-carotene is also an anti-oxidant, preventing cancer, especially skin and lung cancer. In addition, this fruit also contains sources of vitamins and minerals that are very good.

, it is believed that pineapplee can help digestion in the intestinal tract. Pineapple can be consumed fresh, canned or juiced and can be used in a variety of ways. It is popularly used in dessert, jams, yogurts, ice creams, etc.

Ginseng.
This plant has been dubbed "the essence of the earth in the form of a men", is due to the ginseng root first glance like human form. Today’s ginseng root on the market generally comes from America, Siberia and Asia. Of the three, the best type is Asian ginseng. It is the most expensive ginseng.
In China, ginseng is known as a plant that can improve the immune system and increase the body's ability to deal with stress. Ginseng is also used to treat depression, fever, and are best known as impotence drug.However, when consumed in excessive ginseng can cause headaches, insomnia, anxiety, restlessness and pain during breathing. Consumption of ginseng is not recommended to pregnant women.

Kiwi.
Kiwi contains a pigment called chlorophyll which gives the green in kiwi. Studies have proven that kiwifruits are useful in improving conditions of asthmatic children, and in decreasing the probability of colon cancer by providing a good amount of dietary fiber. One Kiwi fruit is sufficient to meet consumption requirements of vitamin C for adults.

Hi... ^^
Today ,I would like to share about Cheese and Mushroom Omelette Recipe.
This recipe is suitable for your breakfast.
good luck .. ^ ^

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon oil /margarine
1 handful of button mushrooms, sliced
30g grated Cheddar cheese
small handful parsley leaves, roughly chopped

Method
1. Heat the oil in a small non-stick frying pan. Place the mushrooms in the pan and fry over a high heat, stirring occasionally for around 3 minutes or until golden. Lift out of the pan and place into a bowl and mix in the cheese and parsley.
2. Place the pan back and swirl the eggs into it. Cook for around 2 minutes or until the egg is set to your liking.
3. Spoon the mushroom mix over one half of the omelette. Then using a spatula, flip the omelette over to cover the mushrooms. Cook for another minute then lift onto a plate and serve.
Tips: you can add the mayonnaise, chili sauce or tomato sauce.

Cocktail

           Cocktail are known and become popular in the 14th century. A cocktail is an alcoholic mixed drink that contains two or more ingredients.  Alcoholic beverages that are often used to make cocktails are gin, whiskey, rum, and vodka in particular.
There are so many stories behind the origin of the name Cocktail.One of the story is, The British publication, Bartender, published a story in 1936 of English sailors, of decades before, being served mixed drinks in Mexico. The drinks were stirred with a Cola de Gallo (Cock's tail), a long root of similar shape to the bird's tail.
Every type of cocktail used a different glass ,because Glass will give maximum visual impact for cocktail. Types of cocktail glasses:
1.Cocktail glass:Elegant and essential , around 120-150 ml with a stem long enough and opening wide enough to display a garnish.
2.Old fashioned /rocks glass : this is used for any cocktails served , around 170-230 ml.
3.Balloon :basically a red-wine glass of 240-300 ml capacity.coloured drinks look particularly attractive in these glass.
4.Champagne saucer :an elegant and unmistakable some cocktails are traditionally served in a champagne saucer.
The most popular drink of cocktails are the Cosmopolitan cocktails, Rum based cocktails, Champagne cocktails, Manhattan cocktails, Vodka cocktails, Summer cocktails ,Flying dutch man cocktails, Margarita cocktails, Bellini cocktails, Christmas cocktails, Mimosa and Mojito cocktails.

  Ingredients: ice cube
                  -2 measures gin
                  -½ measure triple sec on cointreau's
  Method : Fill a Old-fashioned glass with ice cubes ,add the gin and the Cointreau and stir well.

Batik

The word "batik"is derived from a combination of two Javanese word "amba", means "writing" and "point" which is means "point’. Batik in Indonesia with to the development of the Majapahit kingdom and the kingdom afterwards. In some records, the development of batik is mostly done in times of Mataram kingdom, then in the kingdom of Solo and Yogyakarta.Art of batik is an art image on the fabric for clothing that was one of the family culture of Indonesian kings of old.  Batik initially worked in the palace ,alone and the results for the king's clothes and family and his followers. Because many of the followers of the king who lived outside the palace, the art of batik was brought by them out palace and place of each work.   
Batik Pekalongan

 There are so many culture in Indonesia, it makes every styles and types of batik traditional have their own characteristics of specialty themselves. The type and style of traditional batik quite so much, but most of them ,the patterns and variations in accordance with the philosophy and culture of each region are very diverse.

Batik also divided into the three main types of batik, namely "batik tulis", "batik cap" and "batik ikat. It is known after the world war was over unity or around 1920.

Canting
To make Batik you need some equipments such as white cloth (can silken ,cloth mixture, or cotton of polysester) ,pencil to write pencil's desain, canting funcition's like a pen. it is used  to transfer with a spoon hot liquid wax, which is used to protect or cover the colour, gate (place to put to the sun cloth) ,wax, small stove, and a little pan to heat .



Batik has become part of traditional Indonesian clothing. United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Culture Organization (UNESCO) had also been acknowledged as belonging to Indonesian batik. The award was also given directly by UNESCO in Abu Dhabi, on October 2, 2009. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono also establish 2 October as the Day of Batik National.

cook..^^..cook..^^..cook..^^..and..eat.. =)

            Pineapple Cookies Recipe
Pineapple cookies (nastar) is well known in Indonesian. We usually eat pineapple cookies during special occasion like Chinese new year, Idul Fitri, Christmas, or New year.  Last holiday, my mother and I had tried to make pineapple cookies and it is pretty simple.

Pineapples cookies (Nastar)
Pineapple  jam:
•400 gr fresh pineapple, grated
•200 g sugar                     
* In a large pot , put in the fresh pineapple and sugar .Cook until thickened and let it completely cool before you used it.

Ingredients:
250 flour
60 gr sugar
150 gr butter ‘blue band’
100 gr wisman
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
For painting top of the cookies:
1 egg yolk
30 g cheese (grated)

Methods:
   First,with mixer mix the sugar, 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, butter and wisman together .Than, entered the flour and stir into one with your hand. Next, Roll the dough ,fill with pineapple jam and make a round shape, for size it is depends on how big you want. After that ,Glaze the skin with egg yolk and cheese. Finally ,bake for about 25-35 minutes until the skin become golden brown and let all the cookies cool completely before you entered them into a jar. =)

It doesn't look good but the taste YUMMYY...... .
Next time ,I will try to make it in a better form.. hehehe.. :)
